Accepting the Terms and Conditions
o	Please read these Terms and Conditions very carefully before registering to obtain HR Desk Solutions Ltd services. The registration  for the services Offered indicates that you accept the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for any services offered by HR Desk Solutions Ltd.
o	The users (registered clients / employers, registered candidates, registered affiliates and general public) of this site are bound by the Terms and Conditions of HR Desk Solutions Ltd (company) which are set out below. Company has the sole responsibility and authority to revise the Terms and Conditions time in  time by updating this section. Our users are therefore  advised to keep themselves updated by visiting this section.
o	Candidates agree that their resumes will be accessible to the prospective employers through Company’s search engine or any other means.
o	Company shall not reserve the responsibility of the data submitted by the candidates being used by employers other than the recruitment purpose. The Clients however agree that the data shared by the candidates will be used only for  recruitment purposes.
o	The Company shall reserve the rights to monitor its website and do necessary changes in the content shared in the website as it sees fit. 
o	The Company shall not reserve the right to take any responsibilities of cost that incurred by the users in cases of any unexpected errors, virus attacks, replacement of equipment or data.
o	The Company, its directors, employees or representatives shall not be liable in any event for any losses or damages suffered by any user whatsoever arising or resulting from their use or lack of use of the company's website and as well as its contents.
Purpose of Using this Website
o	Clients and Candidates agree to use company’s website and any other sites accessible through the site only for lawful purpose and to advertise and to seek employment.
o	Candidates are allowed to send their resumes directly to any employer either through the Company’s website or through any employer’s site who have advertised for vacancies in the Company’s website. The resume or CV will remain in the   database of the Company until the time when the candidate will request to delete the data and the Company shall keep  the right to edit the resumes /CVs as it sees fit.
o	Clients are allowed to use Company’s website to advertise and create their own webpages subsequent to the payment / agreement and shall reserve the sole responsibility of the content given in the advertisement.
o	The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Client’s website if its feels that the Client has violated any Terms and Conditions or whatsoever or defaulted in payment as per the initial agreement.
Prohibited Usage of the Website
Clients and Candidates mutually agree not to use the Company’s website by way of getting involved in the activities mentioned below;
o	Candidates shall not post any non-resume information, false, incomplete, and inappropriate information.
o	Correspondence between the Clients and Candidates should only be related to the vacancies posted and vacancies applied.  Communications of other types are prohibited between the parties.
o	Users are not entitled to have access, alter and revise any information which is not intended for their personal use.
o	All the users are prohibited from violating the general rules applicable in practice with respect to accessing a company’s website and the systems. Activities such as accessing data not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they are not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the weakness  of a system or network or attempt to breach security or authentication measures and procedures  without proper authorization, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network or sending e-mails that are unsolicited, that include promotions and/or advertising of services  or products  etc. may translate into criminal or  civil liability.
o	Any activities in violation of applicable laws or regulations with respect to infringement of copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights of others are prohibited.
o	Any activities relating to violation of rights of others, libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful are strictly prohibited.
Payment
o	The Company reserves the right to change the Service Fee or impose any new charges or fees, as it sees appropriate with prior notice to the Client.
o	In the event of any defaulted payment due to the Company, the Company shall reserve the rights to suspend or terminate the Client’s advertisement or webpage with prior notice. 
Links to Other Websites
o	The links given to other sites have been given to make easy the user navigation and this doesn’t act as an endorsement or whatsoever. The Company shall not reserve any responsibilities towards the content that is given in these sites and the users shall therefore use these sites and make decisions at their own risk.
Governing Laws
o	Any agreement between the Company and the Clients and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to the use of the Company's website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya and all parties shall submit to the Jurisdiction of the  courts of Kenya.
